We highlight new products that Scottish c-store retailers might want to stock
1. PMP offering from Jimmy’s Iced Coffee
RTD brand Jimmy’s Iced Coffee is expanding its SlimCan range with a 250ml £1.39 PMP format for its Original, Mocha, Caramel and Strong flavours in convenience.
Britvic retail commercial director Ben Parker said: “We know that shoppers are looking for value when it comes to choosing their next on-the-go drink and the new Jimmy’s PMP is sure to help retailers deliver on this.”
2. Aero Strawberry
CONFECTIONER Nestlé’s latest indulgent treat, the Aero Strawberry flavour sharing bar, has been launched exclusively in Spar UK stores.
It will then roll out to value retailers, wholesale and c-stores nationwide in July.
The bar comes in a 90g format with an RRP of £1.35 and is said to combine a smooth milk chocolate shell with a melt-in-the-mouth bubbly strawberry flavour centre “creating an utterly delicious combination”.
3. The Vegetarian Butcher Cod Almighty
THE Vegetarian Butcher is expanding its portfolio beyond meat to include its first fish alternative, Cod Almighty, a plant-based battered cod.
The newcomer is made using structured rice flakes, which are said to offer a delicious and superior taste while best replicating the flakiness that consumers appreciate in fresh white fish. Available in convenience through the Co-op, each 180g pack has a £3.50 RRP.
4. The Delicious Dessert Co’s new launches
THE Delicious Dessert Company has unveiled four new products.
The Pot O’Licious range is available in two “mouth-watering” flavours – Chocolate and Caramel, and Zesty Lemon.
Adding to the delight, the company is also offering a Cookies & Cream Cheesecake and a Millionaires’ Cheesecake.
