GRASSROOTS organisations and local charities across the UK have received donations from customers and staff who are members of Oomph, the loyalty scheme from Gulf.
A donation of £1,000 was made to Coatbridge Thistle FC which provides free football training for children of all ages. The Leap Project in Cambuslang also received its second cheque from the scheme a few months ago.
Customers can donate their Oomph loyalty points collected when they spend in participating Gulf forecourts in order to nominate a local charity. The charity with the highest number of votes receives £1,000.
Gulf’s Oomph loyalty scheme offers customers monthly prizes, savings on fuel and shop purchases and brand discount offers. Customers can also access free educational courses on a variety of subjects with digital well-being tool POWR.
A spokesperson for Gulf said: “Forging close and meaningful links with good local causes and grass root organisations is just one element of the highly versatile Oomph platform.
