SALES of menthol vaping SKUs have shot up in the wake of the 20 May menthol ban, according to new IRI figures.
The data for the 12 weeks to 17 May – provided by vaping brand Juul – found sales of vaping menthol products up 44.6% on the previous year, with the vaping category as a whole enjoying 12.6% compared to the same period in 2019.
John Patterson, sales director at Juul Labs UK said that since May, Glacier Mint Juulpods have maintained their position as the brand’s top selling refill kit.
