A convenience store in a residential area to the south of Edinburgh city centre is being brought to the market by retail property agent Christie and Co.
The firm says the store, currently trading as a Costcutter and previously as a Scotmid store, has been long-established in Bruntsfield — a main thoroughfare linking the area of Morningside to the city — and is located on a prominent corner in Bruntsfield Place.
It has a National Lottery terminal and an ATM.
Daniel Arrandale, associate director of Christie + Co in Edinburgh, said: “The store offers buyers a cost-effective, going-concern venture, with real potential to expand.” The lease of the Costcutter store is available for £60,000 plus stock at valuation.
