The biennial trade event for food, drink, hospitality, retail and tourism returns to the SEC Glasgow on 26 and 27 February.

ScotHot25 bosses say the event will give c-store retailers the chance to explore the latest trends, innovations and equipment that will allow them to ensure they have a strong food and drink to go offering for consumers.

Store bosses will also have the chance to sample premium Scottish produce and discover cutting-edge catering and retail technology.

ScotHot25 is also a prime environment to network with key suppliers who understand the unique challenges of convenience retail.

The two-day show has more than 250 exhibitors confirmed, including familiar retail food and drink suppliers such as AG Barr, McCain and BrewDog.

This year’s event includes the Buell Hospitality Advisory Hub, offering free advice on technology, finance, architecture and more to help retailers navigate industry changes.

A spokesperson said: “ScotHot25 is a chance to connect with suppliers, industry leaders and fellow retailers to share ideas and form partnerships.”
