SCOTTISH c-store retailers will have the chance to check out some of the nation’s finest produce at Scotland’s Speciality Food & Drink Show.

Taking place at the SEC in Glasgow from 19 to 21 January, organisers are promising a celebration of quality, innovation and flavour at the event.

Of the 100-plus exhibitors, about a third will be new to the show, with a launch gallery for young companies.

Meanwhile, existing exhibitors will be unveiling new ranges and regional food groups are another highlight, with Orkney and Food from Argyll both taking large, multi-producer stands.

There’s also the chance to learn with a programme of panel discussions on the likes of sustainability and trends, as well as practical masterclasses on all aspects of retailing, including use of AI.

The 2025 show is being organised in partnership with Scotland Food & Drink, which will bring some of its members and host a session on 21 January about Scottish produce.

Sainsbury’s Scottish buyer Geraldine Bruce said: “I use this show as a good time to catch up with suppliers, see new products and meet potential new suppliers who catch my eye with their products.”
