Energy drinks brand Monster Energy has unveiled two new limited edition cans featuring Formula One driver Oscar Piastri.

DRINKS firm Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) has injected even more excitement into the energy drinks sector with the launch of its new limited edition Monster Energy cans featuring Oscar Piastri.

Aiming to tap into the rising popularity of the motorsport tournament, the new limited edition cans featuring the McLaren driver are available across Monster Energy Original and Monster Energy Zero Sugar helping to create collectible versions of the cans.

Available across wholesale, convenience and grocery channels now, CCEP reckons that the new cans will be able to create excitement in the energy drinks fixture among both Monster Energy and Formula One fans alike.

The cans will also be available in a plain pack format as well as a price-marked one.

The launch follows on from the recent introduction of the new limited edition Monster Energy Lando Norris Gold Can which hit shelves to celebrate the driver’s 2025 championship-winning season.

Retailers can also maximise the impact of the new Oscar Piastri cans with eye-catching POS materials and digital assets available from MyCCEP.com to help create standout displays in store.

Rob Yeomans, VP for commercial development at CCEP GB, said: “Following the recent launch of our Lando Norris Gold Can, we’re excited to be celebrating another of Formula 1’s brightest stars with the limited-edition Oscar Piastri cans. Together, these launches reinforce Monster Energy’s deep connection with the sport and give retailers another opportunity to tap into fans’ passion for Formula 1.

“Limited-edition packs generate real buzz and collectability, so we expect strong demand from shoppers looking to get their hands on the new design while stocks last. Retailers should ensure the cans are highly visible in chillers and displays to make the most of the excitement.”
