WORLD foods specialist Tropical Sun is celebrating its 21st anniversary this year by giving £21,000 to good causes.
Having started in 1996 by offering a few special ingredients from Africa and the Caribbean, the company now brings in hundreds of products from all over the world including Asia, the Middle East and South America.
And to mark these 21 years of growth the company is making donations to charities including towards the development and refurbishment of Jose Marti Technical High School and White Marl Primary School in Jamaica.
Marketing manager Jag Singh said: “We want to say a big thank you to all our customers who have supported us over the past 21 years.
“We’re redoubling our efforts to provide premium quality products and flavours from around the world.”
Among the new products form Tropical Sun this year are a range of tropical-flavoured teas, Cassava Chips and Agave Syrup.
The brand is also being supported by a marketing campaign including TV ads.
