COSTCUTTER Supermarkets Group, the firm that handles symbol groups Costcutter, Kwiksave and Mace and works in association with wholesaler P&H and buying group The BuyCo, has launched a new secure online portal – ActivHUB.
The firm says the new system puts members in control by providing access to all of their systems, documents and information in one place.
A new part of the organisation’s ActivTechnology suite, the platform will, says Costcutter, simplify in-store operations and allow greater efficiency across everyday processes.
It’s optimised for computers and tablet devices and a mobile version will be launched in early 2015.
The group says that with a single login retailers can use systems such as the new order capture system, ActivOC which allows them to place and check orders, use the finance section to look at invoices and payment schedules as well as see the total amount for current and recent orders, access marketing and trading support, and view and download planograms to assist with store layout.
Later this year Costcutter plans to launch a series of new consumer websites. It says the sites will help drive consumer visits to stores.
