Swedish cider brand Kopparberg has unveiled what it has called its “biggest national campaign” to date with the new ‘Bring Me Sunshine’ marketing.

SWEDISH cider brand Kopparberg has launched a new £6million summer campaign investment with the new ‘Bring Me Sunshine’ marketing.

Marking the brand’s “biggest national campaign” to date, the new marketing has been backed by a massive investment to support grocery and convenience retailers across the peak cider season.

Set to launch on 22 May, the fully integrated campaign will run across TV, social media, streaming services, out-of-home locations and in-store with the ambition to drive up visibility for the brand across the summer months and deliver incremental sales in the process.

Retail activations include high-impact in-store displays, refreshed packaging from June as well as new, branded glassware to further raise awareness across on-trade locations.

Further to this, there will be on-pack messaging across the off-trade offering consumers the chance to win a trip to Malta.

Built for key summer occasions including barbecues, festivals, at-home sports nights, hosting and spontaneous warm-weather moments, the campaign seeks to keep Kopparberg front of mind with consumers throughout the peak cider season and support overall off-trade sales across core favourites such as the Kopparberg Variety Pack and Kopparberg Alcohol-Free.

Claire James, shopper marketing lead at Kopparberg, said: “Summer is a huge opportunity for cider and shoppers want brands that are familiar, easy to choose and trusted to deliver in store.

“‘Bring Me Sunshine’ gives retailers a clear, scalable platform to activate in‑store, simplify choice across the range and convert peak summer occasions into sales.”
