Brand launches seasonal offer fit for food to go
CONSUMERS looking for something different to sink their teeth into when out and about this summer may be in luck as Ginsters is set to launch two limited edition sandwiches for the season.
Available from 26 July, Ginsters Hunters Chicken and Ham Hock & Piccalilli sandwiches will roll out across convenience, impulse and travel at an RRP of £3.
Made with British roast chicken breast the Hunters Chicken sandwich includes sweetcure smoked flavoured bacon and West Country farmhouse mature cheddar with barbecue sauce on malted grain bread, while the Ham Hock sandwich is made with British shredded ham hock with piccalilli, seasoned mayonnaise and mixed leaves on white bread.
Chris Parkinson, brand manager for Ginsters said: “Consumers are looking for variety particularly for food to go options at lunchtime, with new or premium flavours providing strong appeal.
“Pulled meats and barbecue flavours reflect the latest food trends and are very popular with shoppers.”
