SCOTTISH businesses can find out more about how to cut waste and make themselves more energy-efficient by accessing the range of support and advice offered from Zero Waste Scotland.
The government-funded programme makes funding, tools and training available to businesses to assist with waste prevention, supply chain management and recycling.
It works to support the delivery of Scottish Government policy, including the Climate Change (Scotland) Act (2009), the Zero Waste Plan (2010), Low Carbon Scotland (2013), Safeguarding Scotland’s Resources (2013) and the national litter strategy.
If you are interested in learning more about the support that is available, check out the website at www.zerowastescotland.org.uk, which includes a number of online tools, food waste apps and the Zero Waste Challenge.
