RTD brand secures national listings across Asda locations
RTD brand Soopa Hooch has secured new listing in Asda locations across the UK, including in over 150 Asda Express stores.
Marking a significant distribution move for the Hooch brand, Soopa Hooch will see two of its flavour variants listed in Asda stores with the Blue Raspberry variant as well as the Cherry Cola flavour.
Both 440ml cans come with an 8% ABV and an RRP of £2.99 per can.
Since its launch, the brand has added over £800,000 in incremental value to the enhanced RTD category and recorded an 18.3% increase in distribution over the past year, according to Nielsen data.
This latest move into Asda Express locations represents a key step in Soopa Hooch’s national expansion strategy and reflects the growing appetite among retailers for innovative, high-ABV RTDs that deliver on both flavour and price.
Parent firm Global Brands reckons that this, along with a growing demand from consumers for variety and strong flavours in the RTD category, will deliver a strong performance for the Blue Raspberry and Cherry Cola variants across Asda stores.
