THE Federation of Independent Retailers (NFRN) has slammed Newsquest’s choice to reduce retailer margins.
Newsquest has opted to cut its retailer terms from 15% to 14.5% across a majority of its titles.
Brian Murphy, NFRN head of news and Connect, said: “The decision made by Newsquest is nothing short of disgraceful and shows a total lack of appreciation for the independent retail sector.”
