The Queen’s Baton relay kicked off on a 288 day journey on 9 October 2013.

Track cycling kicks off at the Chris Hoy Velodrome, plus swimming at Tolcross Swimming Centre.

The marathon runs from 9am – 1pm and is sure to draw the crowds. Finals for swimming, track cycling and athletics also take place today.

Today marks the start of artistic gymnastics team final and individual qualifications. Sure to be a big hit!
Tuesday 29 July
The cycling mountain bike final live from the Cathkin Braes Mountain Bike Trail and an artistic gymnastics men and women’s team final are bound to draw big crowds.
Wednesday 30 July
In Edinburgh it’s the diving prelims and selected finals. In Glasgow it’s the men and women’s artistic gymnastics individual all round final.
Thursday 31 July
Another diving final in Edinburgh, athletics finals, the cycling time trial and more artistic gymnastics.
Friday 1 August
More diving, athletics and artistic gymnastics finals ahead of the weekend.
Saturday 2 August
The final of the men’s 10m platform diving. Will Tom Daley take the top spot? The cycling road race is sure to be another exciting event.
Sunday 3 August
Wrapping things up with badminton, netball and squash finals, before more cycling time trial and road race finals. It all finishes with fireworks (we hope) at the Closing Ceremony.
