BELAZU Ingredient Co has brought its first vegan ‘nduja paste, Ve-Du-Ya to the retail channel for the first time.
Previously exclusive to hospitality operators, Belazu’s Ve-Du-Ya is now available in Waitrose stores for an RPP of £4.35 per jar.
Traditionally, ‘nduja paste is made from pork and fermented Calabrian chillies.
This vegan variant keeps the traditional chillies but swaps out pork for vegan suitable ingredients including sweet peppers.
