SWEDISH vodka brand Absolut has teamed up with hot sauce brand Tabasco to add some spice to the off-trade.
The new partnership sees 70cl packs of Absolut Original paired with a bottle of Tabasco, one of the key ingredients in the Bloody Mary vodka cocktail.
Lucy Bearman, head of customer development at Absolut parent firm Pernod Ricard said: “The brunch occasion is becoming increasingly popular and we’re seeing more and more consumers choosing to recreate their favourite brunch cocktails at home.
“Bloody Marys spiced with Tabasco Sauce are a classic cocktail choice, featuring within the top 15 purchased in the on-trade, and the variations shoppers can make at home are endless.”
