The choice of meat-free products available to consumers continues to grow, with Quorn releasing a new Ultimate Burgers range that is suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
The pack contains two thick cut quarter pounders that are succulent with the juice of beets, providing a source of both protein and fibre.
And, unlike the majority of other plant-based burgers, the Ultimate Burger contains no soy.
Alex Glen, marketing director at Quorn Foods, said: “We’re now seeing the majority (52%) of the UK meat reduce.
“Quorn Ultimate Burger makes it as easy as possible for consumers to reduce their meat consumption across key meal occasions, especially over the summer barbecue period, and forms part of our key innovation platform, including recently-launched Fishless Fillets.”
