Oat milk chocolate brand Happi has unveiled its new Pistachio Crunch Easter Egg, allowing plant-based shoppers to take part in the viral consumer trend.

OAT milk chocolate brand Happi is set to deliver a trendy option for plant-based shoppers with its new Pistachio Crunch Easter egg launch.

Cracking in a new flavour for the 2026 season, the new Easter egg features a blend of pistachio and Kanafe – a Middle Eastern dessert that uses the kadayif filo strands found inside bars of Dubai chocolate – in an oat milk chocolate egg, providing a balance of sweet and nutty flavours with a crispy texture.

Boasting 100% natural ingredients as well, the new launch from Happi aims to allow plant-based shoppers to take part in the viral consumer trend through the vegan-suitable alternative from the brand this Easter.

Each egg comes packaged in brightly coloured ‘pistachio-green’ packaging to deliver additional stand-out on shelf for retailers and ensure consumers’ eyes are drawn to the launch. The new Pistachio Egg Crunch also makes use of fully recyclable and compostable packaging.

Happi Pistachio Crunch Easter Egg comes in a 155g pack with an RRP of £15 per egg and is available from Waitrose stores now. It joins the wider range of Happi oat milk chocolate Easter eggs which also includes Plain M!lk, Salted Honeycomb and Cherry & Almond.

Gavin Cox, founder of Happi, said: “Every year we consider the best flavour trends to inspire our latest Easter egg launches. Dubai chocolate continues to be huge in food and drink so producing an egg that’s inspired by those flavours seemed a no-brainer.

“Plus, the fact that it’s plant based offers more customers the chance to experience this delicious flavour combination.”
