Successful trial sees Forecourt Eye roll out across estate

FORECOURT crime prevention tech firm Forecourt Eye has announced a phased rollout of its digital debt recovery service across Westmorland Group service stations.
Known for its high-quality motorway service stations, including Cairn Lodge Services in Scotland, the new deal struck between the two followed a successful trial run for Forecourt Eye across the firm’s service stations.
The initial trial, conducted at two of Westmorland’s locations, delivered on strong operational results, said Forecourt Eye, leading to the decision to commence a wider rollout of the Forecourt Eye solution across more locations.
Under the new deal, Forecourt Eye will provide debt recovery services across the group’s locations to deliver its advanced algorithmic tracing and data analysis to provide returns for any forecourt theft across the group’s sites.
Michelle Henchoz, managing director at Forecourt Eye, said: “Westmorland is a highly respected name in the forecourt and roadside retail sector, with a clear focus on quality, experience and operational excellence.
“Winning the team’s trust following a detailed review process, along with a successful trial, is a strong endorsement of our debt recovery capability.
“Our approach is designed to deliver results while protecting brand reputation, which is particularly important for operators at the premium end of the market. We’re delighted to be working with Westmorland and supporting their team as the rollout continues.”
Andy Smith, group fuel manager at Westmorland Group, said: “Following a review of our existing arrangements, we were looking for a partner that could deliver effective debt recovery while reflecting the values of the Westmorland brand.
“The trial with Forecourt Eye demonstrated a professional, measured approach and we’re pleased to be extending the partnership across more of our sites.”
