MHouse rolls out new packages to support channel

MOTHERWELL-BASED business solutions firm MHouse has unveiled a new tiered pricing structure aimed at giving retailers more choice, flexibility and support.
Chief executive Faisal Sattar said: “The introduction of Premium and Premium Plus packages signals a deeper focus on customer experience, reinforcing the company’s long-held belief: technology is only as good as the way it’s experienced by the customer.”
Sattar explained that each change implemented has been designed so MHouse can serve their customers to better standards.
Each new tier offers tailored benefits ranging from advanced AI features to priority support and extended hardware protection, designed to match the operational complexity and goals of different types of convenience retailers.

The Standard Tier includes essential maintenance and support for MHouse software; the Premium Tier adds enhanced hardware cover, priority call-outs, and upgraded support; and Premium Plus includes everything in Premium, with early access to features, expanded analytics and white-glove onboarding.
