Smarter solution for disposable vape ban
TOBACCO Accessories firm Republic Technologies is set to create a point of difference in the vaping category as the firm introduces its new Smarter vape product range.
Claiming it as a category-first for the market, Republic Tech’s new Smarter devices feature the UK’s first vaping range with no mesh coil pod system. Instead, these new devices offer a ceramic coil vape.
The change reflects how the liquid inside the vape is heated. A more standard mesh coil system will be in contact with the e-liquid inside the device and heat this to produce vapour.
Republic Tech’s innovative ceramic coil aims to offer a longer-lasting vaping experience, without the need to replace the coil as quickly as other models – the firm claims.
These new coils will be put to use in two different devices in the Smarter range with Smarter Mini and Smarter 6K.
The Smarter Mini range provides a more compact device for consumers with up to 800 puffs per pod. This range comes with an RRP of £9.99 and will be compliant after 1 June.
Meanwhile, the long-lasting Smarter 6K device comes at an RRP of £12.99 and enables users to enjoy up to 6,000 puffs per refill through the use of its 2ml and 10ml rechargeable tank.
Republic Tech said these new devices have been designed to appeal to disposable vape users to provide a compliant alternative when the disposable ban comes into force.
The rechargeable Smarter range delivers 12 different flavours for consumers to choose from that Republic Tech said it chose after conducting consumer research to find the most popular vaping flavours.
Variants in the line-up include Strawberry Ice, Cool Mint, Lemon & Lime and Blueberry Ice.
