SCOTTISH soft drinks giant AG Barr has launched an exciting new on-pack promotion across its Barr Flavours range in partnership with Jurassic World Rebirth.
Working in collaboration with Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment on the new on-pack promotion, packs of Barr Flavours will feature flashes for the summer blockbuster film Jurassic World Rebirth, which hits cinemas in the UK on 2 July.
To help build up the hype in the run-up to the film with families, AG Barr is giving shoppers the chance to win an epic holiday adventure to Lisbon complete with sea kayaking, high-ropes adventure parks as well as a tour of dinosaur caves.
To help retailers to take a bit out of this action during the summer, Barr has also rolled out a range of unmissable outdoor and digital advertising campaign to drive consumers to stores.
Further to this, store owners will also be able to make use out of the brand’s impactful PoS materials to help create some extra excitement and theatre at the soft drinks fixture in store.
Annette Yates, brand director for the Barr brand at AG Barr, said: “A third of shoppers are actively looking for on-pack offers and prizes.
“The last on-pack partnership on our Barr Flavours range saw a double-digit uplift in sales, bringing new shoppers into the category and brand, so we know just how profitable this opportunity could be for retailers.
“As a top three carbonate brand, Barr’s core target audience of families accounts for 40% of the overall category, so the brand is well placed to help retailers drive incremental sales this summer.”
