French liqueur and syrups brand Marie Brizard has served up some cocktail inspiration for the spring with a trio of Spritz serves.

FRENCH liqueur and syrups brand Marie Brizard is set to ensure consumers’ springs can sparkle with three new spritz cocktail serves.

Making use of the brand’s award-winning range of liqueurs and syrups, the new recipes focus on Marie Brizard’s three best-selling flavours – passionfruit, apricot and raspberry – in a series of cocktails that are easy to make at home.

The trio are all Spritz cocktails, making the most out of the rising popularity for the serve especially as the warmer weather begins to roll in.

Taking just moments to make with a base of either the liqueur or syrup, ice and a splash of soda water or prosecco, Spritz cocktails not only offer simplicity to help elevate nights in for shoppers but also provide a key link-up sale opportunity for retailers.

Each drink has been designed by Marie Brizard’s UK mixologist Ryan Way to emphasise the start of the spring months, with vibrant and colourful Spritz drinks.

Marie Brizard Apricot Spritz

Ingredients
40ml Marie Brizard Apry Liqueur
20ml of Triple Sec
40ml Soda Water
Top up with Prosecco
One Lemon

Serve in a balloon shaped white wine glass. Fill with ice and pour each ingredient over before topping up with prosecco. Garnish with a slice of lemon.


Marie Brizard Passionfruit Spritz

Ingredients
75ml Prosecco
50ml Marie Brizard Passionfruit Syrup
25ml Soda Wate
One Lime

Serve in a standard wine glass and fill with ice to the top. Measure and pour each ingredient over ice and stir to combine and then top up with more ice. Garnish with lime wedges.



Marie Brizard Berry Spritz

Ingredients
25ml Cranberry Juice
50ml Marie Brizard Raspberry Liqueur
75ml Tonic Water
Frozen Raspberries

Serve in a standard white wine glass and fill the glass to the top with ice. Measure and pour each ingredient over the ice and stir to combine. Garnish with some frozen raspberries
