FOOD-to-go brand Urban Eat’s Roots range has sprouted back up in stores.
Roots from Urban Eat relaunched last month with two new variants of Cheeze and Pickle as well as Falafel and Houmous.
The returning range also includes the brand’s Tomato and Pesto Wrap as well as its Spicy Bean variant.
Abigail Nelson-Ehoff, brand manager at Urban Eat, said: “When designing the Roots proposition, it was important to us to create a lunchtime offering full of flavour and variety that appeals to a broader target audience than just those with a vegan diet.”
