ORKNEY oatcake maker Stockan’s Oatcakes has launched a new range of savoury biscuits.
Inspired by Scotland’s islands, the Orkney Heritage range comprises Bere Barley, Chilli & Cheese Oatcakes and Spelt Wheat, Herb & Pepper Oatcakes. Both are available on the firm’s website.
Irené Archer, MD at Stockan’s Oatcakes, said the range will “shine a light on some lesser-known ingredients from Scotland’s vibrant past.”
