FRENCH bakery, Bridor, has introduced a range of vegetarian snacking products called Mini Snacks.
The savoury snacks come in Pizza Swirl, Cheese Swirl, Pesto Swirl and Cheese Extravagant variants.
There is a trend for plant-based snacking and Bridor says the market is forecast to experience steady growth.
UK sales director Erwan Inizan, said: “Led by a boost in healthy eating habits and a rise in flexitarianism, the outlook for vegetarian snacking is very promising.”
