Vapouriz has launched a shop within a shop format which it plans to expand.

VAPING specialist Vapouriz Group has entered the convenience category with the launch of its first shop within a shop format.

Occupying a forecourt shop in Waterlooville, Hampshire, the new ‘Vapestore’ format is the first of six ventures that sees Vapouriz Group join forces with the Rusdene Group to bring Vapestores to petrol forecourts on the English south coast.

The Waterlooville site comprises a 300 square foot store within a forecourt shop, offering customers a full specialist vape store experience. Forecourt staff at the site have been fully trained by Vapouriz Group in-house trainers on all available products and have been kitted out with Vapestore branded uniforms.

Brett Horth, chief executive of Vapouriz Group commented: “The Rusdene Group has been a pleasure to work with. The partnership brings together two great brands.

“It combines the vaping expertise and experience of our group with the already engaged vaping consumers that Waterlooville has.

“This shop within a shop format, a first for the vaping industry, is a logical extension of the current retail offer.

“We are looking forward to further developing our retail solutions arm across the country.”

Oliver Lodge, managing director at Rusdene said: “This has been a fast-paced venture, from initial conversations to opening the first store within a store at Waterlooville took only eight weeks.”
