KP Snacks has been hitting the mark with its PMP portfolio, highlighting figures which show 57% of shoppers want to see the format in the crisp category.
The snack producer’s £1 PMP range, which includes McCoy’s 70g Grab Bags; Hula Hoops Big Hoops BBQ Beef; Space Raiders Beef and Pickled Onion; NiK Naks Nice ‘N’ Spicy and Skips Tingly Prawn Cocktail, is currently out-performing the category at +24% according to Nielsen figures provided by the firm.
Matt Collins, sales director for convenience, wholesale, discounters and foodservice at KP Snacks, pointed out that PMPs are particularly successful in convenience and are “without doubt” driving sales growth.
