Retailers chance to have their say

PayPoint launches national feedback survey

Paypoint

PAYMENT firm PayPoint has launched a national survey inviting retailers to provide feedback on the company.

The survey, which PayPoint said will be conducted on a regular basis, offers retailers the opportunity to comment on how they feel about their relationship with PayPoint and to identify areas where the business could improve.

PayPoint said the survey only takes five minutes to complete, and the payments firm will also donate £1 to industry charity Grocery Aid for every completed response.

Lewis Alcraft, commercial director at PayPoint said: “Our last survey conducted in 2017 was invaluable in generating feedback to help us improve how we do business with our retail partners.

“A number of service improvements have been delivered, such as a new phone system dramatically reducing the time to get through to a representative and an improved retailer claims process where small transaction errors have occurred; both driven directly from the feedback we received last year.

“We understand we still have some way to go so I would encourage all our retail partners to take part.”
