WITH just under half (45%) of the UK population eating breakfast on the go, ‘all-in-one’ products – which deliver a filling breakfast in a hand held format – are increasingly attractive to consumers.
Pastry brand Bridor has a key product range, ‘Exravagants’, that it reckons can help c-store retailers make the most of this market.
The range contains 100% pure butter Viennese pastries that retailers can bake in store, which are available in Muesli, Blueberry, Raspberry Cheesecake Style and Triple Chocolate.
The firm hopes that the Muesli variety will appeal to those looking for ‘better for you breakfast products’, and that consumers will associate the versatile pastry product with healthy eating and a traditional, fulfilling breakfast.
The 95g Extravagant pastries have an RRP of £1 each.
