KANTAR stats showing Scots spending more than the GB average on savoury biscuits could have something to do with our love of traditional oatcakes.

Orkney firm Stockan’s should know a thing or two about oatcake appeal. It’s been making oatcakes for more than 100 years and now produces more than 150,000 a day.
