ENERGY drinks firm Boost Drinks is advising retailers to make the most of the late-night World Cup fixtures to push sales of energy drinks.
The company has just launched three flavours of Boost, available only in the independent sector – Citrus Zing, Exotic Fruits and Sugar Free Pink Lemonade.
Boost Drinks said retailers should stock up on the products to appeal to fans wanting to watch the beautiful game and make it to work the next day.
Al Gunn, Boost sales director, said: “We are hoping that Scottish retailers will look to take advantage of the potential for energy drinks around later World Cup fixtures and stock up accordingly.”
