80s savoury snack brand Fish ‘n’ Chips is back by popular demand.
Brand owner Burton’s Biscuit Company said the baked snack was brought back after proving popular in magazine promotions and an opinion poll in The Sun newspaper that asked which retro snacks its readers wanted to see back on shelves.
Stuart Wilson, chief marketing officer at Burton’s, said: “Now is definitely the right time to reintroduce Burton’s Fish ‘n’ Chip to complement our existing range of Great British brands.
“Consumers love the eye-watering, salt and vinegar flavour hit and still remember it.”
