Building in variety for Fox’s Crunch Creams range

BISCUITS firm Fox’s Burton’s Companies (FBC) UK has launched a new Chocolate & Vanilla variant for its Crunch Creams range.
Aiming to deliver more variety for the brand, the new Chocolate & Vanilla Crunch Creams feature two thick chocolate biscuits that are sandwiched together with a generous layer of vanilla cream at the centre.
FBC said the new variant delivers an indulgent option that fans of the Crunch Creams range are looking for with a taste and texture the firm said its consumers know and trust.
The launch builds on the popularity of the chocolate biscuit format currently featured in Fox’s Seasonal Assortment and brings the element into a standalone 200g roll format for the first time.
Fox’s Crunch Creams Chocolate & Vanilla will be available from 25 March for £1.50 RSP per 200g pack with listings already confirmed for Tesco, B&M and Home Bargains locations.
The new variant for the Crunch Creams range also follows swiftly on from FBC’s latest launch of the Maryland Butterbeer biscuits as part of the brand’s collaboration with Harry Potter.
Jo Harwood, chief sales and trade marketing officer at FBC UK, said: “Fox’s Crunch Creams are a British classic, with huge brand awareness and buyability among shoppers. We’re excited to bring newness and diversity into the range with this new flavour. Â
“The new product performed brilliantly in taste tests against other chocolate sandwich biscuits, delivering on taste, texture and filling, with a 96% overall liking among shoppers aged 18-40.
“Because of this incredible score, and the huge popularity of the Double Chocolate assortment flavour, we’re confident the product will be a big seller with both existing Crunch Creams fans, and new ones.”
