Eden Mill tees up with the Genesis Open going forward

INDEPENDENT Scottish distiller Eden Mill has announced a two-year extension to its deal with the Genesis Scottish Open golf tournament.
This will see the firm continue on as the ‘Official Gin’ of the tournament for the 2025 and 2026 seasons and follows on from a successful partnership between the two in 2024.
Held from 9 to 13 July at the Renaissance Club outside North Berwick, the tournament is set to welcome some of the biggest names in golf including Rory McIlroy, Matt Fitzpatrick and last year’s champion Robert MacIntyre.
This will put Eden Mill’s Golf Gin on a world stage and ensure the brand remains at the forefront of golf fans’ minds throughout the tournament.
The news follows on from a major rebranding of Eden Mill’s gin range as well as the trio of options unveiled a new bottle design complete with on-pack illustrations of local areas across Scotland.
Rennie Donaldson, chief executive at Eden Mill, said: “The Genesis Scotland Open is a standout event in the golfing calendar and we are delighted to continue our partnership for a further two years.
“From our distillery in St Andrews to the imminent opening of the new visitor centre and foraging botanicals from the Old Course for our Golf Gin, we have a truly authentic connection to the sport and are focused on bringing Eden Mill to even more golf fans around the world.”
Rory Colville, director of the Genesis Scottish Open Championship, said: “The Genesis Scottish Open continues to go from strength to strength, with an incredibly strong field of players matched by impressive staging that is befitting of a Rolex Series event.
“We are always on the lookout for partners that can further elevate the fan experience and Eden Mill’s excellent range of gins and on-site activations are doing just that. We’re delighted that they will be partnering with us for the next two editions of the tournament.”
