The future of retail arrives today

RETAIL technology firm MHouse has unveiled a new rebrand and latest product innovations as the company aims to transform itself for the future of the sector.
The firm will showcase this new identity and product suite across the National Convenience Show (NCS) at the NEC Birmingham between 7-9 April. For retailers who are interested in seeing the new upgrades for themselves, attendees can find MHouse at Stand U248 at the show.
Complete with a new brand identity and a range of updated products for retailers, MHouse reckons its new product suite shows how the firm has always evolved with the industry and provides tech made by retailers, for retailers.
The new product suite offer retailers the cutting-edge for their stores when it comes to retail technology, with changes that reflect the current demands of the sector and give store owners even more control over their operations.
This includes:
• Premium & Premium Plus Tiers – This can offer retailers AI-powered automation for their store, enhanced analytics and intelligent workflows that are tailored for retailers who want to scale their business.
• Viva Integration – This new feature will help to streamline payment processes and introduce further payment options for stores including Apple Pay. This will help to make transactions more seamless and cost-effective.
• MPOS Air – A cloud-based, hardware free mobile POS solution which will give retailers the “ultimate flexibility” over their store’s operations, all from the convenience of their mobile phones.
• AI Security Integration – Cutting-edge fraud and theft detection tech that could help stores to reduce losses and improve overall security for customers and staff.
Faisal Sattar, chief executive at MHouse, said: “The industry has changed, our technology has evolved, and our customers deserve a brand that reflects that.
“What we’re unveiling at NCS isn’t just a new look – it’s a renewed commitment to innovation, service and giving retailers the best possible tools to succeed.”
These new updates are also just the beginning, MHouse said, as retailers can also expect some further innovations coming down the pipeline from the firm all with the aim of providing a smarter, more connected retail experience.

To reflect these updated changes in store, MHouse has also introduced a new brand identity and messaging across its firm, built around the core symbol of the Tri-Rings.
Rameel Shahzad, brand marketing manager at MHouse, explained the design process behind this new logo and how it reflects all parts of a store owner’s business.
He said: “The Tri-Rings represent innovation, retail excellence, limitless growth and customer-centricity. The interconnecting design reflects how our EPOS solutions integrate seamlessly into every aspect of a retailer’s business.
“The sleek, modern curves symbolise our commitment to building progressive, future-ready retail tools, while the open spaces highlight the opportunities MHouse creates.
“The cyclical form reinforces our always-on, gold-standard support – empowering retailers at every step.”
To help mark the introduction of the new MHouse rebrand, one lucky retailer is set to win a full MHouse EPOS package worth over £3,500 for their store.
One store owner in attendance at NCS 2025 will receive a complete till hardware setup for their shop along with a full year of software support. To enter, retailers can visit MHouse’s stand at the convention between 7-9 April and be in with the chance of winning.
Rob Lough, head of growth at MHouse, said: “When I joined MHouse, I saw a product that was streets ahead of the competition, but a brand and messaging that didn’t reflect that.
“This rebrand ensures MHouse is presented in the best possible light – it’s a brand that now stands should to shoulder with the industry’s most forward-thinking technology providers.”
