Jameson whiskey unveils new tipple in time for St Patrick’s Day

Irish whiskey brand Jameson has unveiled a new whiskey in time for St. Patrick’s Day with the launch of its Triple Triple Chestnut Edition.

IRISH whiskey brand Jameson has introduced a new tipple to its core range of drinks with the new Jameson Triple Triple Chestnut Edition.

The new expression brings the smoothness of Jameson whiskey through a combination of a triple cask maturation process following a triple distillation process for the dram.

Made in Midleton Distillery, County Cork, the new Jameson Triple Triple Chestnut Edition has been blended from a combination of both ex-Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks with the addition of sweet chestnut casks.

Pernod Ricard, parent firm of Jameson, said the additional chestnut cask adds in notes of toffee, cacao and toasted almonds to the flavour portfolio.

Bottled at 40% ABV, Jameson Triple Triple Chestnut Edition is priced at £29 RRP per bottle and will be available from Morrisons stores on 24 February.
