Starbucks aims to encourage more shoppers than ever before to pick up its Chilled Coffee range with some NPD, including some Oat Based innovations.

BRANDED chilled drinks range Starbucks has launched a tranche of new products, including a selection of oat milk drinks.

Aiming to allow more consumers to choose from the Starbucks Chilled Drinks than ever before, the new beverages come as demand for more plant-based options in the coffee sector continues to rise.

The new Starbucks Oat Chilled Drinks come in the Oat Based Cappuccino and Oat Based Caramel Macchiato variants, with an MRRP of £2 per drink.

Arla, the firm behind the Starbucks Ready-to-Drink range, said the new innovations will aim to deliver the same tasting drinks as the core dairy range, but with using plant-based ingredients.

Charlotta Oldham, marketing director for Europe, Middle East and Asia at Starbucks, said: “Since the launch of Starbucks Chilled Coffee, we’ve been leading the way in creating drinks inspired by Starbucks Café favourites, for coffee drinkers to enjoy at home or on-the-go.

“Expanding the choices we offer to our consumers no matter their flavour preferences or lifestyles, is a testament to Starbucks’ pioneering efforts to continually innovate their product offering without ever compromising on taste.”

And it’s not just innovation in the plant-based sector for Starbucks, as the brand has also introduced new limited edition products for fans of the brand.

The first of which is the Starbucks Frappuccino Sip on Sunshine Limited Edition chilled coffee drink, which features what Arla described as “mood-boosting” packaging that will be easy to spot on store shelves.

Starbucks is set to let the sun shine on shoppers this year with new limited edition variants of its Chilled Drinks.

Reflecting the sunshine and playful mood found on the packs, the Frappuccino comes with an indulgent Toffee and Honey flavour.

In addition to this, Starbucks consumers can also enjoy the new Starbucks Blissful Retreat Limited Edition Mocha Chilled Classic, which aims to encourage more shoppers to put more self-care into their daily lives and take a break with a coffee in hand.

The new addition to the Chilled drinks range also features an eye-catching design on packs to allow it to stand out for consumers seeking a unique coffee break.
