Orange variant brings five options to fruit juice brand
PRESSED fruit juice brand Cawston Press has grown its range of school-approved Fruit Waters with the addition of Sunshine Orange.
Made from a blend of not-from-concentrate fruit juice shaken with still water, Cawston Press Sunshine Orange is available in Tesco stores now in a three pack of 200ml cartons with an RRP of £2.10.
The new variant is expected to roll out to further wholesalers in crates of six multi-packs.
Sunshine Orange joins the Fruit Waters range which already includes Apple & Summer Berries, Apple & Pear, Apple & Mango and Cloudy Apple to create a flavour range to suit all kids.
The pressed fruit juice brand reckons the new launch comes at an ideal time for adults who are more concerned about the sugar content in fizzy drinks.
All Cawston Press juices are free from artificial sweeteners, colours or preservatives and contain no added sugars. The sweetness from the drink comes solely from the fruits juices found in the drink and nothing else.
Packaging for the Cawston Press Fruit Waters also comes in Forest Stewardship Council paper from renewable sources, appealing to the more environmentally adult consumers out there and proving it as a kid-friendly and planet-friendly option.
Milly Tuck, senior brand manager at Cawston Press, said: “Orange is the biggest flavour camp for juice & juice drinks, making up over 40% of UK sales.
“However, there has been a lack of innovation in the kids flavour space for drinks free from added sugar, sweeteners and preservatives, which is where Cawston Press is able to provide a high-quality drink priding itself on being made with very few simple, natural ingredients.”
