We highlight new products that Scottish c-store retailers might want to stock
1. Premier Foods’ festive range
JUST in time for Christmas, Premier Foods has unveiled four new limited-edition products.
Premier has launched a new Paxo Vegan Pork Sausage Meat Flavour Seasoning, Paxo Vegan Chicken & Bacon Flavour Stuffing, OXO Turkey Stock Pots and Bisto Best Gravy Granules in Chicken & Cranberry flavour.
The new addition for Bisto comes with an RRP of £3 while the remaining NPDs come in at £2.
In addition to this, Bitso festive favourites have also made their return including Bisto Pigs in Blankets Gravy Granules, Bisto Best Turkey Flavour Gravy Granules and Bisto Crispy Roast Potato Seasoning.
2. LiQ Baileys Iced Pralines
LIQUOR-INFUSED ice cream company LiQ has launched a new range of ice cream pralines with Baileys.
Available across Morrisons stores and Costco depots, the new LiQ Baileys Iced Pralines come in packs of seven bites of vanilla ice cream infused with Baileys and covered in Belgian milk chocolate with an Irish cream centre.
Further to this, all LiQ packaging is 100% recyclable and all its products are made sustainably in Belgium.
This new launch to market comes off the back of four years of supermarket testing, and marks the brand’s first UK launch and its first UK supermarket partnership.
3. Kingfisher Zero
PREMIUM world beer, cider and spirits company KBE Drinks has launched its Kingfisher brand into the non-alcoholic marketing for the first time.
Kingfisher Zero is available to retailers now in 330ml bottles as well as a multipack of 24 bottles for a wholesale RRP of £19.99.
Aiming to capture some sales from the rising popularity of alcohol-free drink variants without compromising on taste, KBE said it has retained the quality of the brand by ensuring that Kingfisher Zero will only be brewed from natural ingredients.
4. Pollen + Grace festive wrap
PLANT-BASED food-to-go brand Pollen + Grace has launched a new festive wrap.
Looking to cater to consumers on a plant-based diet, the new Festive Stuffing + Winter Veg Wrap offers shoppers a traditional Christmas wrap option.
The new Pollen + Grace Limited-Edition Festive Stuffing + Winter Veg Wrap is available now in Sainsbury’s, WHSmith and Wholefoods stores nationwide, as well as through wholesaler CLF Distribution, RSP £4-£4.50.
