GLOBAL Brands Limited, known for VK and All Shook Up alcohol brands, has announced the purchase of the Hooch, Hooper’s and Reef brands from Molson Coors.
The three brands have been produced and distilled by Global since 2012 but the licence remained under Molson Coors during the time.
Now the three brands will be under Global’s wider portfolio of alcoholic beverages, allowing them further opportunities to invest and grow the brands under their roof.
Steve Perez, chairman and founder of Global Brands Ltd, said: “We are delighted to welcome the Hooch, Hooper’s and Reef brands as fully-fledged members of the Global brands family.
“This will give us the opportunity to invest further into the brands, with the added security of owning the equity.
