MACKIE’S of Scotland and Caledonian Sleeper have teamed up once again to bring consumers the chance to win in a massive giveaway from the firms.
One lucky winner, and their guest, could be in with the chance to win a return trip between any Caledonian Sleeper destinations of their choice inside one of the train’s Double or Club rooms.
Stuart Common, sales and marketing director at Mackie’s of Scotland, said: “To celebrate Mackie’s partnership with Caledonian Sleeper, we’ve launched this fun competition to give one luck person the chance to experience a trip on the locomotive.
“Seeing Mackie’s bars of chocolate touring the UK has been fantastic and we’re delighted to be providing a taste of Scotland during the trip. If you have an interest in trains, travelling or chocolate then this is the competition for you!”
To enter into the competition, participants must submit their entry to the Mackie’s website and enter their details on the page. To gain an additional five entries, Mackie’s is encouraging people to submit a photograph of themselves posing with the brand’s chocolate. The competition is set to run until 23 December.
In addition to the trip, the prize winners will receive a welcome bottle of champagne on arrival as well as a Mackie’s branded goody bag.
Inside they will find a Gillian Kyle apron, an exclusive Mackie’s ice cream scoop, a tea towel, a tote bag as well as 52 120g Mackie’s chocolate bars as, what Mackie’s calls, a year’s supply of chocolate.
The competition follows on from the Aberdeenshire firm’s previous deal with Caledonian Sleeper, which saw them provide a complimentary bar of Mackie’s chocolate to all passengers in Double or Club rooms.
