PEPSICO has signed up to a blockbuster partnership with streaming service Paramount+.
The firm behind Walkers has marked the launch of Paramount+ in the UK by offering consumers a free month-long subscription to the streaming service on participating packs.
PepsiCo’s campaign rolled out on limited-edition packs of Walkers Max, Sensations, Wotsits, Squares, Monster Munch and Quavers.
As part of the promotion, the limited-edition packs feature designs from some of Paramount’s best known films and series. Promotional packs include Walkers Max x Mission Impossible and Walkers Snacks x Star Trek.
Paramount+ promotional packs first launched in the grocery, convenience and wholesale channels across the UK and Ireland last month.
Jonathan Roberts, senior brand manager for Walkers Max, said that screen time is “the largest snacking occasion” and therefore teaming up with Paramount+ presented retailers with an “ideal opportunity” to grow sales in their store.
