MARS Chocolate Drinks & Treats has added Chocolate M&M’s Hi Protein whey powder to its protein range.
This follows the launch of M&M’s Hi Protein Chocolate and M&M’s Hi Protein Chocolate Peanut bars last year.
Michelle Frost, general manager at Mars Chocolate Drinks & Treats, said: “The launch of M&M’s Hi Protein Chocolate and M&M’s Hi Protein Chocolate Peanut bars was one of our most successful launches to date within our protein product portfolio, and we recognise there is a huge appeal for the M&M’s brand within this market.”
Frost said the value of the M&M’s brand has more than doubled in the last ten years, making it the biggest bitesize confectionery brand in the world.
She continued: “The United Kingdom has the largest share of the Europe Whey Protein market and introducing the most popular Mars brands to the market has played a key part in attracting new customers.”
