BURNS Night and whisky go together like neeps and tatties, but a nice dram – even with a splash of water – isn’t for everyone.

Highland Park Salted Honey Old Fashioned
• 50ml Highland Park 12 Year Old
• 10ml Honey Syrup
• Pinch of smoked sea salt
• Dash of orange bitters
• Dash of Angostura bitters
Add all ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass.
Stir for 25 seconds and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with an orange twist.
The Famous Hot Toddy
• 50ml The Famous Grouse Finest
• 15ml lemon juice
• 15ml sugar syrup
• 2 x dash of Angostura bitters
• Hot water
Add all of the ingredients to a heat-resistant glass mug or alternative mug.
Top up with the hot water and stir.
Add an orange twist garnish and serve.
