WHISKY has been made in St Andrews for the first time in 160 years and the distiller is introducing its range to the market with a limited edition of 3,800 20cl bottles at £25 each.
Calling the range the Hip Flask Series, Eden Mill says each of the seven expressions in the series is the result of experimental small batch distilling.
Paul Miller, co-founder of Eden Mill, said: “Each expression contains liquid matured in what we call honey casks – first-fill and virgin oak casks that we’ve hand-selected from all around the world, from Speyside to Spain.”
