Blended to a tea

ITALIAN soft drink brand Sanpellegrino has introduced a sparkling tea range.

Sanpellegrino + Tea is available in lemon and peach flavours containing organic tea extract, fruit juice and cane sugar.

Barbara D’Amico, international brands lead at brand owner Nestle Waters, said: “With the growth of shoppers purchasing organic and 86.5% saying they have bought organic at least once last year, Sanpellegrino has responded swiftly with this launch.

“We are delighted to be adding value to a soft drinks category that saw new product launches double in 2017, contributing to overall category growth.

“The launch is part of a wider brand awareness campaign kicking off this year with digital engagement, experiential and sampling activities and strong in-store merchandising and print advertising planned.”
