HOME baking brand Dr. Oetker has added to its range of flavours and extracts with the launch of a Valencian Orange variant.
The new flavour is available for an RRP of £1.29 and is being positioned by Dr. Oetker as ideal for adding a “natural tasting flavour to biscuits, cakes or buttercream” without “the hassle of zesting”.
Valencian Orange joins Vanilla, Almond, Lemon and Peppermint in Dr. Oetker’s core range.
Jan McKee, executive head of marketing at Dr. Oetker UK said the firm expects orange to be “a huge flavour trend in baking this year”.
“Valencian Orange is a delicious addition to our range of natural extracts and a key product for every home baker’s cupboard,” said McKee.
