Glitter to add glamour

THE liqueur category is growing by 5.1% and is now worth £1bn, says Global Brands whose liqueurs include Thorntons Chocolate Liqueur, Teichenné and the Corky’s Schnapps range.

The Corky’s edible glitter range with Raspberry, Blueberry and Mango flavours is specifically designed, the firm says, to add glamour to Christmas festivities either as a shot or as an element in a cocktail, like its specially developed Sparkle and Spice.

Corky’s recently unveiled a new bottle design.

The new 70cl bottles are wrapped in brightly coloured metallic sleeves which are partitioned to allow consumers to see the sparkling liquid and check the level.
